When Anova was founded in 2009, India's industrial sector faced a critical gap — companies had world-class aspirations but lacked the workforce capability to achieve them. Training programmes were generic, disconnected from shop-floor realities, and failed to drive lasting change.

We set out to change that. Anova was built on a simple belief: training must be practitioner-led, industry-specific, and measurable. Every consultant who walks into a client facility brings decades of real operational experience — not just theory.
